समावेशी फाउण्डेशन महिला, दलित, आदिवासी जनजाति, मधेशी, मुश्लिम वा धार्मिक अल्पसंख्यक, अपाङ्गताभएका व्यक्ति, लैङ्गिक तथा यौनिक अल्पसंख्यक, पिछडिएका क्षेत्रका नागरिक, बिपन्न वर्ग लगायतका उत्पीडित तथा सीमान्तकृत समूह/समुदायका मानिसहरुको राज्यका निकाय तथा कानुन बमोजिम स्थापना भएका राष्ट्रिय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय संगठित संस्थाहरुमा समानुपातिक समावेशीकरण, सामाजिक न्याय, समानता र अविभेद, मानवअधिकार, नागरिक अधिकार, कानुनको शासन, सम्वृद्धि र शान्तिका लागि तथ्यमा आधारित नीतिगत जनवकालत गर्न स्थापित एक गैर–सरकारी संस्था हो ।

Human rights for all, proportional inclusion, rule of law, social justice, equality and non-discrimination are the core institutional values of Samabeshi Foundation.


An equitable, just, dignified, non-discriminatory, prosperous, democratic and peaceful society is the vision of SF.

Mission Statement

To establishing an equitable, just, dignified, non-discriminatory, prosperous, democratic and peaceful society through research-based policy advocacy.


  1. To advocate against all forms of discrimination based on caste, race, color, language, gender, political ideology, religious faith or affiliation, property, region, physical condition or any other status or identity.
  2. To conduct research/study on legal framework, federalism, forms of government, electoral system, judicial system, inclusive and participatory democracy, good governance, decentralization, affirmative action, gender equity, and media.
  3. To provide a set of concrete recommendations to policy makers and implementing agents/agencies based on research.
  4. To file Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in various level of courts and provide legal aid for strengthening human rights, civil rights, rule of law and access to justice.
  5. To conduct programs to enhance access to and control over productive means and resources for marginalized groups/communities.
  6. To provide training on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Disaster Risk Management (DRM).
  7. To conduct programs to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in Nepal.
  8. To use international platforms for advocacy, including UN system, to protect and promote the human rights of women, Dalits, Indigenous peoples, Madhesi, religious minorities, persons with disabilities, gender and sexual minorities, marginalized and people of under-developed region.

Institutional Structure

The AGM of Samabeshi Foundation elects and reshuffles the board of directors every two years based on the principle of inclusion. The annual AGM evaluates and passes all financial reports, progress reports, policies, and directives. Similarly, the board of directors lead the administrative, financial and programmatic activities of the organization, whereas, the daily affairs of administration, finance and programs is executed by the staff.
